What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and — for delivery orders — your delivery address. If your order requires a file (a document, photo, or design), we store the file you upload so we can print it.

Accounts

You don't need an account to place an order. If you create one (email/password or Google), we use it to show you your own order history. Every visitor also gets an anonymous, unlinked session automatically so the cart and checkout work before you decide whether to register.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill your order, contact you about it, and to keep records of past orders. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at, so we know what's useful and how people find us. It sets a cookie and records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), and what kind of device you use. It doesn't tell us who you are, we don't use it for advertising, and you can block it with any ad/tracker blocker or your browser's 'Do Not Track' setting without losing any part of the site.

Where it's stored

Order details and uploaded files are stored using Firebase (a Google service). Only Gas Studio staff can access other customers' orders and files.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time — just contact us using the details on the Contact page.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.

This is a general policy for a small local print shop and isn't a substitute for legal advice.
