Orders
Placing an order through this site is a request for Gas Studio to print or produce what you've described. We'll reach out using the contact details you provide to confirm your order. Prices shown are current at the time you order but can change without notice.
Your files and content
You're responsible for anything you upload for us to print — you must own it or have the right to reproduce it. We may decline to print anything illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup orders are ready in-store; local delivery is offered for a flat fee shown at checkout. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Quality and corrections
We aim to match what you ordered — the size, paper type and options you selected. If something's wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right. We're not responsible for errors in a file or design you supplied yourself.
Cancellations
Since orders are often started right after you place them, contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change one — we can't guarantee a change once printing has started.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect that.
