Agreement to these terms
By using this site or placing an order with Gas Studio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale — Gas Studio may decline or cancel any order, for any reason, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or listing error, or inability to fulfill it. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund what you paid. Prices, delivery fees and promotions shown are current at the time you order but can change without notice and don't carry over to future orders.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your card details. You authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including any tip you add. "Pay in person" orders are due in full at pickup or delivery.
Your files and content
You're solely responsible for anything you upload for us to print — you confirm you own it or have the legal right to reproduce it. You agree to defend and hold harmless Gas Studio against any claim, loss or expense arising from content you submit, including copyright or trademark claims from a third party.
Prohibited content
We may refuse to print or otherwise decline to fulfill any order at our sole discretion — including content that's illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate — without owing a refund beyond the unused portion of your payment.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup orders are ready in-store; local delivery is offered within a limited radius for a fee calculated from driving distance, shown before you complete checkout. Delivery and pickup-readiness timing are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once an order is picked up or delivered. Orders not picked up within 14 days of being marked ready may be discarded or re-used without refund.
Quality, corrections and refunds
We aim to match what you ordered — the size, paper type, color and options you selected. If something's wrong on our end, contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and we'll make it right, at our discretion, by reprinting or refunding. We're not responsible for errors, typos or low-resolution artwork in a file or design you supplied yourself. Because most items are custom-made for you, all sales are otherwise final and non-refundable.
Cancellations
Since orders are often started right after you place them, contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change one. We can't guarantee a change or refund once production has started or materials have been used.
Promo codes
Promo codes have no cash value, may be limited (by date, total uses, or one per customer) or restricted to certain items, and can be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. We may void an order or the discount applied to it if a code was used fraudulently or outside its stated conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gas Studio's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties beyond what applicable law requires.
Circumstances beyond our control
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, equipment failure, weather, or other emergencies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect that. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
